At MetroWeddingPlaza, customer satisfaction is important to us. We currently offer replacement only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
Replacement Policy
- We provide a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is damaged.
- Refunds are not offered at this time.
- Only damaged products are eligible for replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Once the damaged product is verified, a replacement will be processed.
