At MetroWeddingPlaza, customer satisfaction is important to us. We currently offer replacement only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

Replacement Policy

  • We provide a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is damaged.
  • Refunds are not offered at this time.
  • Only damaged products are eligible for replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


Once the damaged product is verified, a replacement will be processed.
